Geisha House South Yarra

If I could give lower than a 1 Star rating, I would. I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment. One of my best friends booked for her 30th birthday and wanted to have a nice night surrounded by close friends. She is flying down from interstate and had been looking forward to it for months. This hotel decided at the very last minute that her booking was not enough and decided to extend the booking of another guest instead. The hotel called her and asked if this was okay and she advised that it wouldn’t be, as it would disrupt her travel plans and they went ahead and did it anyway.

It is too late now to book anything else as it is such short notice and the pricing is too high. Thank you Geisha House for ruining my friend’s 30th birthday. Unprofessional and absolutely poor service.
